Request a custom transition analysis report (optional)
We will develop an optimal transition plan customized to each of your clients’ tax preferences and circumstances. Upon receipt of your client's existing holding information, your Russell Investments team will develop a custom transition proposal with you to take into account all your client’s individual tax preferences and circumstances. Choose the optimal transition for your client, which you'll then notate in your onboarding form.

- Client’s name
- Holding information per lot (ticker, date acquired, number of shares, and cost basis per share)
- Target PMA model strategy (optional)
- Short-term capital gains tax rate
- Long-term capital gains tax rate
- Category & theme-based restrictions (if any)
- Stock restrictions (if any)
Enroll in PMA program
For Financial Advisors/Professionals only: Submit the information below, and our PMA onboarding team will email you a customized Program Access Agreement, which is the first step in the PMA account onboarding process. This agreement needs to be signed by all involved parties (advisor, client(s), and Russell Investments).

This is the final step to the PMA account set-up process.
This onboarding form is for equity accounts fully funded by cash or fixed income accounts. If you are looking to open an equity account and fund it with securities or securities and cash, please use the link in your Transition Proposal.

Make changes to an existing account, including withdrawals, contributions, restrictions, model or profile changes.
